Thank you for shopping at Hunny Do! Our main goal is to leave you feeling satisfied with your purchase, even if that means returning an item. Please read our return and shipping policy to ensure all needs!
Item doesn’t fit? Need a different size? No problem! To return the item back to us, please email our customer service.

All returns must be scanned by the mail carrier within 14 days from the delivery date or you cannot be refunded. That being said, the item must be in it’s original condition from delivery. The item cannot be worn, washed, or damaged to get the full refund. Reach out to our customer service if you have any questions on this policy. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation on why you are returning the item. Then our customer service will provide you with your next steps on how to return the item safely back to us!
Shipping
Thank you for your order! We want the best for our customers. That being said we focus on getting your package to you as soon as possible, please give us 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. If you place multiple orders in one day please contact our customer service. (See email at the top of the page)
Exchange
If the item you are wanting to exchange is no longer in stock, please contact our customer service and we can try to come up with a similar item that is in stock. If not interested in another item to exchange with your current purchase, please take a look at our return policy.
Canceling an Item
Items cannot be canceled once processed through our system. The item must be canceled within one hour of the purchase. If passed that hour contact our customer service where they will provide you with the help you need.
Lost Item
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost items once the package is scanned by the mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent by email after your order has been placed. If a package is lost, please file a claim and only store credit will be issued.
